The delivery of the goods purchased from the online shop PS SHOES is carried out by the courier company FedEx Express. Our shipments travel to anywhere in the world.
Delivery will be sent to the customer's preferred address. The exact amount is visible on order after selecting the shipping method.
Delivery cost is calculated in the price of your order.

You can request to return one or more items within 15 days of the delivery date. Delivering your return is quick and easy. The cost of returning back to order is at the expense of the customer. The amount is refunded to the customer within 30 days.
REFUNDS
We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times it could take up to 7 business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:
Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.
PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation email.
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, with orders received by 1:00 PM on the next business day, 9:00 - 14:00 for delivery to address, 09:00 -18: 00 for delivery to the office of Econt Express. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday. Orders placed on public holidays are shipped on the first business day after them.
PS SHOES Online Shoe Store is not responsible for any quantities of items, sizes and colors available. As in the case of delayed shipment due to lack of stock, waiting for new imports, new batch or delayed delivery to us by the manufacturers of the goods concerned.
