For international orders, product replacement is handled through our Return Procedure.

The returned product must be sent together with a completed Return Form. If the form is not included in the product box, you can download it from our Product Returns page. The return address is provided in the Return Form.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to the bank account provided in the Return Form within 14 days.

To receive the desired size and/or model, you need to place a new order through our online store.

We recommend informing us that you are sending a return shipment. You can do this by sending us a text message via Viber or WhatsApp.

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.

Product Warranty

All footwear offered by PESHTERA STIL LTD is carefully selected from established manufacturers and inspected before being offered for sale.

When purchasing from our online store, consumers benefit from the rights provided by the applicable legislation regarding the conformity of goods with the sales contract.

These rights apply for up to two years from the date of delivery.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal and intended use of the product.

Each claim is assessed individually.

What is not considered a manufacturing defect?

The warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear;
• wear of soles, heels or lining;
• mechanical damage;
• damage caused by improper use;
• damage caused by water, chemicals or external factors;
• improper cleaning or maintenance;
• use of the footwear for purposes other than those intended.

Shoe Care

To extend the life of your footwear we recommend:

• use the shoes according to their intended purpose;
• clean them using suitable care products;
• allow them to dry naturally, away from direct heat sources;
• use appropriate care products for leather, suede and nubuck.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Before returning the product, please contact us in writing via Viber or WhatsApp to explain the issue and receive further instructions.

Written communication allows us to review your request more efficiently and maintain a complete record of all correspondence.

Please describe the issue in detail and, if possible, attach photographs of the product.

In many cases, the initial assessment can be be carried out based on the information and photographs provided, without the need to return the product immediately.
