We understand how important it is for your new footwear not only to look great but also to feel comfortable. That is why you have the opportunity to receive your order, try on your shoes in the comfort of your home, and decide whether they meet your expectations.

Product Inspection and Try-On

Orders placed with PESHTERA™ Footwear are delivered without a courier-operated inspection or try-on service at the time of delivery.

Instead of having to make a decision when your parcel arrives, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to try on your footwear at home and determine whether the size, style, and fit are right for you.

If the product does not fit or simply does not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within this period, without giving any reason.

How to Return a Product

Each order includes a return voucher containing the information needed to route your parcel back to us. You do not need to write the return address yourself.

To return a product:

1. Carefully pack the footwear, preferably in its original shoe box, and use suitable protective outer packaging for shipping.

2. Complete the Return Form, making sure to provide your bank account details (IBAN) and the account holder's name accurately.

3. Place the completed Return Form inside the parcel.

4. Use the provided return voucher and hand the parcel over to the designated courier within 14 days of receiving your order.

If the Return Form is missing, you can download it from the “Product Returns” page.

You do not need to notify us in advance that you wish to return a product. Sending it back within the stated period, together with a correctly completed Return Form containing a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the purchase, is sufficient.

This does not limit your right to communicate your decision to withdraw through any other clear and unambiguous statement within the statutory period and then return the product within the period required by law.

Return Conditions

Footwear may be carefully tried on indoors, just as you would try it on in a physical store.

Please keep the products clean and avoid wearing them outdoors. This helps prevent signs of use and any potential reduction in the product's value.

We recommend keeping the original packaging and all accessories supplied with the product.

The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, in accordance with the conditions communicated before the order is placed.

Refunds

We will refund all amounts due within the statutory period of 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another method that does not involve any additional charges.

Where a refund by bank transfer has been agreed upon, we will use the IBAN and account holder details provided in the Return Form.

Would You Like a Different Size or Style?

To ensure faster and more straightforward order processing, we do not offer direct exchanges for different products, sizes, or styles.

If you would like a different size, colour, or style, you can return the originally purchased product using the procedure described above and place a new order in our online store.

This allows you to select your preferred available size and style immediately, without waiting for your return to be processed.

Product Warranty

All footwear offered by PESHTERA STIL LTD is carefully selected from established manufacturers and inspected before being offered for sale.

When purchasing from our online store, consumers benefit from the rights provided by the applicable legislation regarding the conformity of goods with the sales contract.

These rights apply for up to two years from the date of delivery.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal and intended use of the product.

Each claim is assessed individually.

What is not considered a manufacturing defect?

The warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear;
• wear of soles, heels or lining;
• mechanical damage;
• damage caused by improper use;
• damage caused by water, chemicals or external factors;
• improper cleaning or maintenance;
• use of the footwear for purposes other than those intended.

Shoe Care

To extend the life of your footwear we recommend:

• use the shoes according to their intended purpose;
• clean them using suitable care products;
• allow them to dry naturally, away from direct heat sources;
• use appropriate care products for leather, suede and nubuck.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Before returning the product, please contact us in writing via Viber or WhatsApp to explain the issue and receive further instructions.

Written communication allows us to review your request more efficiently and maintain a complete record of all correspondence.

Please describe the issue in detail and, if possible, attach photographs of the product.

In many cases, the initial assessment can be be carried out based on the information and photographs provided, without the need to return the product immediately.
